I am at the end of the book and I have truly loved it. I think we are all creatures of habit, whether you realise it or not. The book does a great job of showing you habits work and why they are formed whether they are good or bad. The author does an excellent job of providing you with some practical ways to start or stop habits. It was a good read, and I will be using it to ensure I stay on top of my habits like training hard for the upcoming cricket season.
